It has no brick & mortar presence, chosing instead to operate as a "virtual brokerage."

Jay is a self-professed "Man with a blogging problem." He founded his primary blog -- www.phoenixrealestateguy.com -- over three years ago and has developed it into a widely read platform reaching real industry professionals as well as local real estate consumers. He also contributes to AgentGenius.com, GeekEstateBlog.com, and the HomeGain Corporate blog.

Jay founded NARWisdom.com, a blog that takes an opinionated and sometimes irreverent look at the National Association of Realtors. His latest blogventure is PhoenixRealEstateHome.com, a hyper-local "brokerage blog" for Thompson's Realty agents.
