President & CEO, MLS Listings

James Harrison, RCE, CAE, a 20+ year veteran of REALTOR Association and regional MLS management, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MLSListings Inc.

He has previously served as President and CEO of RE InfoLink, CEO of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Senior VP of Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS, and Assistant Executive Officer of Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS.

MLSListings is an organization which was formed from collaborative discussions with several MLS operations in Northern California as the future regional MLS structure to support the consolidation of their MLS's.

MLSListings, based in Silicon Valley California, is a regional MLS which develops, evolves, and maintains its own MLS system and other technologies. A premier leader in software development, MLSListings applications are fully RETS compliant, and take advantage of today's advancements in technology and industry standards. As a service firm, MLSListings advances a client centric philosophy in providing value to its customers.

MLSListings formally acquired RE InfoLink and Central Valley MLS in 2007 and continues to work with neighboring MLS providers to extend cooperation and enhance service to its customers.

MLSListings represents nearly 20,000 MLS subscribers, is governed by the brokerage community, and is owned by Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Silicon Valley, San Mateo, Monterey Watsonville, San Benito and Central Valley Associations of REALTORS.
