L.J. Jennings is the Broker Owner of Jetstream Mortgage Company, a real estate finance company and Pyramid Real Estate & Investments, both Oakland, CA based companies. Jetstream Mortgage Company specializes in assisting first time home buyers to realize the American dream. Pyramid Real Estate is a full service real estate company offering a full range of buyer and seller services as well as REO services to major lenders. As a 24+ year veteran of the real estate industry, LJ prides himself on giving back to the community. He currently serves and has served in local, state and national leadership positions for several organizations, including the major real estate associations.

As a hard working professional he has earned the respect of his peers and many community leaders, several times over, garnering him the award for best Broker from the Valley to the Bay. Additionally, L.J. is an accomplished speaker, teacher and presenter, frequently sharing his insight and knowledge with audiences across the United States. For the past 9 years he has developed and taught a REO training course to licensees throughout the 50 states.

LJ holds an Honorary Doctorate from Bell Grove Theological Seminary and Bachelors in Christian Education from the CH Mason Bible College and a Masters in Christian Education for the East Bay Theological Seminary. He attended California State University Hayward, where he majored in Political Science and Business Administration. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Courses. A life long resident of Oakland, CA, he is married to Karen Jennings and together they have three lovely daughters, Jasmin, Lauren, and Lena.
