President, CataList Homes

Michael Davin current serves as co-founder and President of CataList Homes, a Southern California brokerage company founded in 2001.  CataList Homes is backed by industry stalwarts Hal Ellis, founder Grubb & Ellis, Marcus and Millichap, Bain and Company, and The Charles Schwab Company.  Mike has lead the marketing and IT efforts of CataList Homes including becoming the first CA brokerage company to implement Microsoft Virtual Earth interactive map search and the first company offering a mash-up allowing consumers to search bank owned homes that are listed on the MLS.  CataList Homes aggressively moved into the distressed real estate market sector and current operates REO auction events with its auction partner DoveBid, in addition to listing bank owned homes in its core brokerage business.  Prior to CataList Homes, Michael served as a Vice President for Grubb & Ellis in the commercial real estate arena for fifteen years.
