David is CEO and Chairman of Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy and Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited. He has been doing market analyses since 1984 not only in the United States but all over the world.

Mr. Michonski was named one of the Top Ten Realtors in the United States by Today's Realtor Magazine. He was named Realtor of the Year by the Manhattan Association of Realtors and has been inducted into the Realtor's Honor Society by the New York State Association of Realtors.

Mr. Michonski's comments on the national real estate market are frequently found in the New York and national press and he is often seen on CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC News.com and PBS and he has made several appearances on "Good Morning America" and NBC's "Today" show.
