Mr. Blumberg is the CEO of Smarter Agent, the leading company creating place-based mobile LBS/GPS applications.

Along with co-founder Eric Blumberg, they built and operate the first and most well-known mobile LBS/GPS real estate search application in the world.

Smarter Agent is available on wireless carriers in the US and is expanding internationally.

Smarter Agent won CTIA's Emerging Technology Award for LBS/GPS and also won the Navteq Global LBS Challenge for Commerce/Advertising/Buying in both Europe and the Americas. Smarter Agent is one of the first companies to launch multiple mobile LBS consumer and enterprise applications on wireless carriers.

Mr. Blumberg holds several patents for mobile LBS (location-based services) as it relates to place, real estate and advertising.

Prior to Smarter Agent, as CEO of Blumberg Asset Management, Mr. Blumberg, invested in, designed, planned and sold over a $100 million dollars of real estate. As an executive, Mr. Blumberg has a 16 year track record of leading and creating profitable projects through Blumberg companies involved in the real estate industry including urban planning, architecture, real estate brokerage and development.
