Ginny Cain McMurtrie has 14 years of diversified experience in all aspects of marketing both offline and online, with the last 10 years in financial services related industries including Residential Real Estate Services, Mortgage Lending, Retail Mortgage Operations, Mortgage and Real Estate Technology, ABA and Joint Venture Mortgage Relationships.

Ginny started in public relations in the Silicon Valley with high tech clients in the early 90s, and from there went into the real estate industry with Northern California’s largest residential real estate company, Coldwell Banker. She crossed over into the field of mortgage, mortgage technology and joint venture relationships when she went to work for mortgage.com (formerly First Mortgage Network) in the late 90s. Ginny spent four years with mortgage.com as their vice president of marketing helping the conventional brick and mortar First Mortgage Network convert to online mega-keyword, mortgage.com.

Ginny became the vice president of marketing for Prudential California, Nevada and Texas Realty where she ran a marketing department of seven and managed all aspects of marketing for the company’s 140 offices and over 4,000 sales associates in three states. From there she was recruited in 2004 to take the helm of marketing for Bay Area luxury real estate specialists, Alain Pinel Realtors.

Today Ginny has her own consulting company specializing in 360-degree and inline marketing strategies for her clients, who are mainly in the real estate and mortgage industries.

Ginny made the transition from traditional marketing strategy and approach to non-traditional new media early in her career. She characterizes her approach as an inline marketing strategy which positions her clients as inline with their brand promise, inline with consumer needs and wants and inline with the expectations of the company’s internal publics. She supports a 360-degree approach to marketing.
