By developing their own community platform, EC, Fundament All Media services the major Dutch property developers with their online client communication. Not only can property developers produce their own communities with this platform but it can be utilized to create project-introduction website up to the online 3D home configuration tool which fully integrates with the ERP and CRM software of the builder and developer of these new homes.
In the last couple of years Boris' company has produced the new homes listing initiative NIKI.nl through which 90% of all Dutch new homes are exclusively listed by the property developers of the Netherlands.
