Larry A. Whited, Sr. is a true real estate industry expert.  For more than 36 years, Larry has been a top producing agent, as well managing some of the most successful brokerage offices in the Cincinnati market.   Throughout his career Larry has utilized his experience as a Marine, and his background in information technology to aggressively pursue operational efficiency through the application of emerging technologies.

In 2002 Larry realized that technological advancement had rendered the traditional real estate model obsolete.  He envisioned an all virtual, full-service real estate brokerage, with the operational efficiency to offer lower client commissions with no compromise in service level.  By January 1, 2003, Larry had launched www.WebMLS.net, Realtors.  In the past 6 years, Larry has grown the company into one of the largest brokerages in Ohio, all from his home Office in West Chester, Ohio.

Larry has waited for the bottom of the 2006-2008 real estate market slump to launch the national franchise version of WebMLS. In December 2008, believing the bottom of the market has been defined; Larry and his partners launched the national franchise version of WebMLS under the name of www.maxUnet.com targeting Columbus Ohio as the launch city.

Larry is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
