Anthony Farwell

Tony is Chairman and CEO of ClosingCorp, which operates Closing.com, the most comprehensive source for closing and other estate services on the Web. The site empowers consumers and real estate professionals to find and compare real estate services in their geographic area, calculate reliable closing costs, learn more about the closing process, evaluate a real estate provider's products, services and rates, and make direct inquiries online. ClosingCorp also offers data and other resources to allow loan originators to produce accurate Good Faith Estimates, through its SmartGFE product.

Prior to co-founding ClosingCorp, Tony built a number of successful media and technology companies including TV Data Technologies, LP, the world's largest TV listings data and entertainment information provider, Hollywood Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOLL), the nation's premiere movie information and leading movie ticketing service, movietickets.com, and STATS, Inc., the world's most widely distributed independent sports data provider, acquired by News Corp's Fox Broadcasting. 

Tony serves as President of Farwell Capital, LLC, and is also a founder and Managing Director of Fruition Ventures LLC, both closely held venture capital firms.

He received a B.A., Economics, from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he graduated as a Chancellor's Marshall. He earned a joint International MBA (TRIUM) from the London School of Economics, HEC Graduate School of Business (Paris) and NYU Stern School of Business where he graduated first in his class.
