Jim Secord

President & COO, Kurio

Jim is the president and COO of Most Home Real Estate Services. He brings 20 years of experience in product strategy and design and has led development teams on industry leading and award-winning real estate search technologies such as GTE Enterprise’s System 4 and T-III, MarketLinx’s MLXchange, and more recently, on national consumer portals such as Most Home’s MostReferred.com and TotalMove.com. Jim’s passion, knowledge, and expertise surrounding the limitless possibilities of mobile technologies has driven the launch of Most Home’s newest real estate search service, Kurio.com, the mobile destination site for the most accurate, complete and up-to-date real estate data available. In August 2006, Jim was nominated as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate in the category of Technology & Online Real Estate Leaders as published by Inman News, the industry’s largest independent real estate website and media news service. A Vancouver, BC native, Jim has enjoyed many travels but thinks his city is second to none. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family. When not chasing his kids, he can be found on the soccer pitch shouting at his teammates, exploring the Pacific Northwest on his BMW motorcycle, collecting vintage computers, or brainstorming the next killer mobile app.
