David Harris

Director of Data Management, eNeighborhoods

David began his real estate career at First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) in Atlanta, GA. He headed up technology for FMLS and led the effort to build a next generation RETS management system including remote listing entry.

In 2007, David was elected to a one year term on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), which is the governing body over the RETS set of standards. He continues to be involved in several of RESO’s workgroups.

In 2008, he joined eNeighborhoods as Director of Data Management, and is responsible for all data-related activities including IDX aggregation, neighborhood information collection, public record aggregation, and the WyldFyre products. eNeighborhoods has the largest IDX data collection in the industry: 570+ MLS sources comprising approximately 4.5 million listings. eNeighborhoods uses this world class data set to power Remax.com, ColdwellBanker.com, Century21.com, ERA.com, and over 23,000 other agent and broker sites throughout the Dominion Enterprises family of companies.
