'Common sense' curbs legal fees

Re: 'DOJ, NAR agree to settle antitrust lawsuit' (May 27)

Dear Editor:

Finally, common sense prevails. I have no idea what aggregate fees to attorneys were in this matter, but whatever they were, they were about one-fourth of what they would have been in another six months.

Good move, NAR!
