Re: 'Social media sites don't sell real estate' (April 9)

Dear Editor:

One universal truth about generating business is to stay in constant contact with your sphere.

In my opinion, once you get a database of 200-250 past clients, family members and friends and you "drip" (market) on them in some sort of consistent way, this will generate three-quarters of your business and keep you very successful.

This social networking fad is just that!
