Profits over service?
Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor:
After reading this article it makes perfect sense to me why Bank of America (has trouble) efficiently processing short sales and loan modifications. This apparently comes down to profits rather than providing superior customer and client services in order to move all of these toxic assets through the system.
Leave it up to one of America's largest financial institutions, which had a role in creating this mess, to find yet another way to put the screws to the borrowers.
