$79.00

Agents divide workload to expand business

By Natalie Keith, David Robison, Alison Rogers and Maureen Wilkey

Real estate agents can specialize in tasks best suited to their skill set and extend their reach by becoming team players. There are many models for real estate teams -- some use a blend of agents and non-agents to serve clients, and there are also a range of commission-sharing models.

In this special report, Inman News highlights agent team strategies and success stories.

The first article, "Real estate teams find power in numbers," focuses on agent teams working in the Chicago market. One team highlighted in this article features a pair of agents who while another has 17 members who are highly specialized.

Another article focuses on a small agent team operating in Manhattan. The leader of a real estate team in Utah shares a personal account -- complete with victories and pitfalls -- about building and then rebuilding a team.

And the final installment in the report focuses on an agent who paired up for a particular listing in an effort to expedite a sale.
