About Michi
Michi Olson, SGMS, SRES, was named one of the "2014 Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders" by Inman News. Each year, Inman News recognizes real estate industry leaders whose ingenuity, strength, conviction, power, and persistence are driving change within the real estate industry.
In 2013, Olson was inducted into the Hall of Fame from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®. In addition, Worldwide ERC®, the association for workforce mobility, has conferred the 2011 Meritorious Service Award to Michi Olson at the National Relocation Conference in Las Vegas. This award is in recognition of Olson’s dedicated service and significant professional contributions to Worldwide ERC®, and the workforce mobility business community.
Olson is Vice President of Global Business Development and Relocation, with Alain Pinel Realtors, oversees Corporate Relocation, Global Business Development, e-Commerce, and License Holding Company for their 32 offices and nearly 1400 agents in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is currently Chairman of the Global Task Force for Relocation Directors Council (RDC), where she oversees the opportunities for global mobility. She also serves on the Advisory Council for several relocation management companies.
In recent years, Olson has been traveling to Asia several times a year, developing partnerships with major real estate companies and immigration companies in China and working especially with high-net-worth buyers from China.
Olson manages an award winning relocation centralized division. Awarded Relo Quality Certification (RQC) from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® in 2011 and re-certified in 2016. APR is the first and only real estate company in California with this prestigious designation. APR relocation division is a preferred broker for major high-tech, bio-tech and social media corporations, providing destination and home sale services to relocating employees in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
