Dan Welbaum, Mortgagebot LLC’s chief marketing officer, explains the company’s Web site, Mortgage Marvel, which lets consumers compare the actual rates and fees offered by more than 250 lenders. Welbaum, who caught up with InmanTV at the recent Mortgage Bankers Association convention in Boston, discusses the delicate balance between providing sufficient loan information online and privacy issues with consumer information.
