Steve Spinola, president of the Real Estate Board of New York, updates viewers on ResidentialNYC.com, a site that aims to pull together the most updated property listings database for the city. The New York market has been slow to collaborate on Web-based listings information and REBNY hopes that the site eventually will become the starting point for any real estate searches.
