Mr. Callaghan is obviously moving in the right direction. The challenge is in getting agent participation in using 2.0 technologies. I personally understand that not everyone should embrace it anyway.
If your market share comes through social contact at the club...keep tweaking that! Don't drop what works and embrace the newest fad.
However, if you need to develop a niche, then you should look into learning the latest trends of social marketing. TIP: Google for training on whatever medium you want to try. Treat this as "worthwhile" continuing education and you will find your efforts being worth your time and effort.
Video is HUGE right now and will continue to rise. Get a decent digital video camera and learn how to use it. It does not have to be tv quality produced to be effective! Hello, have you seen the stuff on youtube?
Develop and do the best you can and you will soon dominate in your niche and you will be ignoring the next fad that comes down the pipe.
