I sat thru this presentation and feel that RPR is a waste of our (Realtor) money, redundant in light of local MLS data and other available sites, and a great example of how NAR operates like a government bureaucracy. I have been in the business for nearly 30 years, my family since 1950 - we are experienced but not dinosaurs. We embrace new technology & trends and are on top of the latest issues (we attend Inman Connect!). Bottom line for me – this is a self-serving waste of money. I predict this will be a failure.

I listen, but just do not see the problems they are allegedly trying to solve.
No one can show me the outcry for what they are building. For instance, the property tax information data is handily available now. Seeing that the owner put on a mortgage for $400,000 in 1990 tells me absolutely nothing about the current balance.
This has the potential to be the biggest and most expensive non-event in the history of the NAR.
