For $225,000, you can purchase a 12-acre ghost town in Northern California, Newser reports.

The town of Seneca, Calif., listed for sale on Craigslist, includes several small buildings, a bar and a retired opium den inside a gold mine. But in addition to its Wild West charms, the spot is “extremely remote” and has a treacherous road with 1,000-foot drop-offs, according to Newser.
