Amazon is not kidding around about drone delivery

“One day, seeing Amazon Prime Air will be as normal as seeing mail trucks on the road today,” says an Amazon executive in petitioning the FAA to allow the company to conduct drone tests. The petition reveals that Amazon is on its ninth drone prototype, “meaning it’s much farther along” than many thought, PandoDaily reports.

Realtors are already using drones to shoot videos and photos of listings, despite warnings from the FAA that they could be subject to enforcement actions if they and their aircraft have not been certified as experimental or commercial operators. The FAA recently subpoenaed brokerage Brown Harris Stevens for information about how the company uses drones for marketing purposes.  Source:
