An interactive window display that lets passersby browse listings any time of the day or night is live in the front window of Cambridge, Mass.-based ePlace Real Estate’s office at 830 Massachusetts Ave.

The dynamic displays are built by ImageSurge, which launched the interactive storefronts about a year ago and had deployed 22 as of last month, Inman News reported. In New York City, Halstead Property has an exclusive agreement to use ImageSurge’s technology.

The company earned an Inman Innovator Award for “Most Innovative Brokerage or Franchise App, Tool or Vendor” in July at the Real Estate Connect conference in San Francisco. Source: webwire.com
