In its fourth acquisition in Brevard County, Fla., this year, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC has acquired the assets of two offices of a Coldwell Banker affiliate in Cocoa Beach.
Coldwell Banker Cocoa Beach Realty, which has operated as a Coldwell Banker affiliate since 2005, will continue to operate a third office in Titusville as an independently owned franchisee.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC is the largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida, with more than 80 offices and 4,900 sales associates in 20 counties around the state.
In March, the NRT LLC subsidiary acquired the assets of Palm Coast-based Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group. In April, the brokerage closed a deal to acquire ERA Showcase Properties & Investments. In July, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate acquired the assets of Hartung Real Estate.
