Michael Bay, the Hollywood producer and director who brought the world blockbusters like “Transformers,” “Armageddon” and “Pearl Harbor,” has put his 8,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills home on the market for $13.5 million. He purchased the home in 1999 for $5.16 million.
Bay is moving to the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air where he purchased a $10.9 million home in October 2009, tore it down, and is building a 30,000-square-foot behemoth that, according to the website of the architect who designed the new place, has a theater, museum and spa.
