Vacation rental marketplace HomeAway Inc. has launched its pay-per-booking model on, allowing property owners and managers to pay 10 percent of each booking instead of an upfront subscription fee.

HomeAway is also extending its Professional Referral Network to VRBO, allowing property owners who don’t want to do their own booking to hire a partner company to create their VRBO listing and handle inquiries and reservations. The Professsional Referral Network and pay-per-booking model were both introducted on last year.
