The Real Estate Council of Alberta says a man it fined $15,000 last year for allegedly posing as a Realtor is now doing business under a different name, and has been advertising properties for sale without homeowners’ knowledge or consent.
Derek Johnson, who markets himself on YouTube as “Free List Calgary,” is now facing a $50,000 fine from the Real Estate Council of Alberta for allegedly acting as a Realtor and broker without authorization in two separate cases, CBC News reports.
