San Ramon, Calif.-based Prudential California Realty Pearson Properties has acquired Modesto, Calif.-based Prudential California Realty, a 170-agent, eight-office firm serving California’s Central Valley.
Gretchen Pearson, CEO and president of PCR Pearson Properties, will continue to lead the now-larger firm, while Craig Lewis, former CEO of Prudential California Realty, will become president of PCR Pearson Properties’ commercial division. Prudential California Realty’s former president and chief operating officer, Alan Searce, will serve as COO of PCR Pearson Properties.
“We are extremely optimistic about the housing market in the Central Valley and we believe that the positive real estate trends of the past year will continue in 2014,” Pearson said in a statement.
PCR Pearson Properties acquired the 60-agent, two-office Prudential NorCal Realty in January.
