A builder with plans to construct what it claims will be the first large Las Vegas residential development to be built since the Great Recession announced today that it has named the development Sky Canyon.
The 1,700-acre community is designed for “outdoor enthusiasts,” and will “blend seamlessly with the property’s scenery,” according to a statement from the company. Among other amenities, it will offer an extensive hiking and biking trail system, swimming, a farmers market, live music, yoga and horseback riding.
