Dolly Lenz’s new firm has more than $100 million in listings and just sold a co-op owned by NFL coach John Madden for $3.9 million, the Real Deal reports.
Since the high-profile broker left Douglas Elliman after 14 years — taking six of her former colleagues at the New York City firm with her — to form Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC, she’s landed seven listings, including four units with a cumulative asking price of $135 million that went on the market last week.
Three of those units are located at 66 East 11th St., a Delos Living condo conversion project in Greenwich Village. Lenz announced in June that she would be the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the project, Delos Living’s first residential development in New York City.
The sale of Madden’s co-op illustrates Lenz’s ability to “pluck a page from her star-studded Rolodex,” the Real Deal noted. Source: therealdeal.com.
