Listaproperty.com, a real estate portal that claims to be the first to serve the Middle East and North Africa, has launched an educational campaign aimed at equipping homeowners, brokers and developers with tools to create compelling real estate listings.
The site, which is available in English and Arabic, claims to carry more than 29,000 property listings. In addition, 261 agents, 62 developers and 700 homeowners purportedly are members of it.
“We decided to create this educational series because we see a wide variance in the quality of online property listings across all portals in the region,” company founder Rasha Nashaat said in a statement. “We want to provide everyone with access to a tool kit that will up the ante for online listings across all portals in the region.”
