An increasing number of real estate agents and developers are using short films to sell high-end homes complete with actors, story lines and even custom-written songs, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Ryan Serhant, a broker with Nest Seekers International and a star of the reality show “Million Dollar Listing New York,” recently commissioned a film for a Manhattan penthouse that will cost at least $20,000 and include helicopters, “fast cars” and models, Serhant told the paper.
“It’s going to be a bigger-than-life apartment,” Serhant said. “I can’t have a dinky little listing video.”
