This year’s “30 under 30” honorees, selected each year by Realtor Magazine as rising stars in the industry, includes several relative newcomers who grew up in real estate families and “always knew they would become Realtors,” and others who switched careers, the National Association of Realtors announced today.
Receiving the most votes from Realtor Magazine readers in a “Web Choice” competition was Ginger Vereen, a salesperson at Keller Williams Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina, who planned and implemented an email, social media and video campaign to encourage clients and friends to vote for her.
Vereen says she’s built a business that’s 95 percent referral-based “by providing an extremely high level of service to my clients and making sure that they know how much their business means to me. Last year, I sent out over 700 handwritten notes to remind folks that I had a genuine interest in their lives.” Source: realtor.org.
