Anybody remember “Ugly Naked Guy” from the hit sitcom “Friends”? Well, apparently that bunch of Manhattan 30-somethings weren’t the only ones coping with a neighbor walking around in the buff. Several New Yorkers tell tales of routinely — and unavoidably — spying nearby inhabitants sans clothing.
The phenomenon may point to yet another distinctive feature of the Big Apple. In New York, one resident said, “You don’t really know the people across the way. I don’t think it’s the same in a small town.”
