Oregon real estate broker ready to smack down liberal ideas if elected governor

Wielding his “liberal idea smacker” and positioning himself as a true outsider, Salem-area real estate broker Bruce Cuff has thrown his hat in the ring in Oregon’s governor’s race, touting his service on the Marion County Board of Property Tax Appeals and a three-year stint as director of the Salem Association of Realtors.

Cuff is the third Republican who plans to face off against incumbent Gov. John Kitzhaber, a Democrat, The Oregonian’s Harry Esteve reports. Source: oregonlive.com.
