It’s true: Realty Austin co-owner Jonathan Boatwright has crunched the numbers and finds that 555 homes sold for $1 million or more last year, up 49 percent from the 2012 total of 373, Austin Business Journal’s Jan Buchholz reports.
That stat doesn’t include high-end homes that were not listed in an MLS — Buchholz says at least one pocket listing in the Austin market is said to have gone for more than $10 million. Source: bizjournals.com.
