An update of Realty Commander’s real estate transaction management software allows agents to send completed documents to their broker via email to be approved or rejected with comments.

The “platform-agnostic” broker document approval capability is strengthened by a new document view tracking feature that logs when documents are viewed, and by whom, the company said.

Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Realty Commander says it’s helped real estate professionals manage more than $4 billion in transactions since the company was founded in 2008. Source: prlog.org.
