Stewart Lender Services has acquired “key assets” of Denver-based Allonhill LLC, including “technology and talent” that will allow the company to add due diligence, loan quality reviews, compliance solutions, and servicer performance management to its suite of offerings to mortgage servicers and investors.
Allonhill CEO Sue Allon is joining Stewart Lender Services as vice chairman, and other “key staff members” are also making the transition, the company said.
