It’s designed to streamline the process of creating Facebook ads and capturing leads for Realtors, so they can tap the social media network for business without spending much time on it, generating Facebook ads for an agent’s listings sourced from the MLS. It then can target the ads at prospective buyers on Facebook based on the agent’s buyer preferences.

Chime Technologies, a real estate software company and popular customer relationship management (CRM) provider today announced the launch of a new Facebook ad product for agents that aims to make it easier, faster and more efficient to generate social media marketing materials for listings.

The new ad product is called “DARE,” which stands for Dynamic Ads for Real Estate.

Prospective buyers who click one of the ads are taken to listing page on an IDX-powered real estate site. There, they are prompted to register their contact information to learn more about the listing.

That information then goes into Chime’s CRM, where’s it’s rated by a scoring system. The scoring system helps agents prioritize leads to contact and is powered by artificial intelligence and “unique mapping technology.”

“By automating the process and integrating leads into our end to end real estate platform, agents are freed to focus only on those intent focused buyers and sellers,” said Mike McGowan, Chime’s vice president of sales, in a statement included in Chime’s press materials on the launch.

The product adds to, and integrates with, a growing list of others from Chime, including the software provider’s customer CRM, IDX (internet data exchange)-powered search sites and marketing services.

Other companies, from Zillow Group to Adwerx, offer competing services that aim to handle Facebook marketing on behalf of agents.
