I started my career community organizing door-to-door for Citizen Action consumer advocacy group, never realizing how knocking on every door, in every neighborhood in King County might prepare me for my future career as a successful rea estate broker.. I moved from that to working on initiative and political campaigns for a few years before landing at Northwest AIDS Foundation (now Lifelong AIDS Alliance). There I spent six years traveling all over the state to places like Wenatchee, Walla Walla, Spokane and Tacoma teaching folks how to lobby and be active within their communities on HIV/AIDS issues.
In 1999, I said goodbye to my non-profit career and became a REALTOR at Coldwell Banker Bain. What I brought with me was a strong sense of community commitment and my excellent communication and negotiation skills. Working as a Realtor this past decade has shown me every aspect the Seattle market has to offer; from the dot.com busts, to the highs of the real estate boom and now to the tenacity of thriving in a slowing market. Throughout each market change the Diva Fan Club has grown and I count myself lucky to live in such a great city. I am proud to be able to say that I’ve had a great career thus far, am in the top of tier of my profession and am having the time of my life!

Stacie is a homegrown expert, having lived across Colorado from Aspen to Boulder to Congress Park.you get where this is headed. Denver is constantly changing and evolving in such an interesting and innovative way, and Stacie hopes that she is, too!
With a Master’s Degree in Marketing as well as an MBA, Stacie spent several years working her way through various industries – but it always came back to entrepreneurs. From a stint writing business plans to some time developing advertising strategies, a natural attraction to start-ups kept drawing her into new adventures (and to her husband, Ori, who owns a website development firm).
Buying her first home made her realize that every Real Estate transaction is like a little start-up: you buy it with the hopes of making it your own, and in the end making it attractive enough to sell for a profit. Buy low, sell high, stick with the strategy, and take a chance. It’s what makes a house a home, and what makes a start-up a success!
Three kids (Rylie, Hudson and Elliot), several homes, and lots of closings later, Stacie still enjoys the thrill of it all! Whether helping someone find the first step on their property ladder, scouting a great deal for an investor’s growing portfolio, or staging a house so it sells at the Open House (it still happens every once in a while!), you will feel Stacie’s enthusiasm every step of the way.

Growing up with my father in the Air Force I have relocated many times throughout the United States and Europe. It was wonderful to experience so many places and cultures growing up, but I must admit, that after moving to the Seattle area in 1989, I am happy to call the Pacific Northwest home. I still love to travel, but honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona in Tucson. The logical choice for a Realtor. All jokes aside, it turned out to be the perfect foundation for my Real Estate career. I am a math and science geek at heart and Real Estate is one giant story problem as I work with my clients to accomplish their unique goals given the market parameters.
When not selling Real Estate, I love to spend time with my husband Gary and our two boys Alex and Ryan. We love living downtown Kirkland and can often be seen out and about on a walk, at the park, and spending time with friends.
My Real Estate practice began in 1996 with Windermere Real Estate, and is dedicated to providing my clients the very best service possible. I understand that my clients invest in me each time they hire me to help them with a real estate transaction and I am committed to continually investing in my education to ensure that I have the latest and greatest skills relative to the current real estate market. I am also a licensed Real Estate continuing education instructor in the state of Washington.
My goal is to make what can be a potentially stressful situation as pleasant as possible, by providing clients adequate information to make educated decisions and whenever possible to make it fun and enjoyable!
I am a true blue West Coast gal – born in cabin in Marin County, California, raised by hippies in Southern Oregon and moved to Seattle in 1994. I cannot imagine living anywhere but on the West Coast with its mountains, wild Pacific, laid-back people and most importantly my extended network of friends and family.
I recently joined Kim on the Diva Team in one of the most challenging markets the industry has ever seen. Many asked why? And I answered – “I love a deal and with a last name like HOHM – it seems to be my destiny”. Before joining Team Diva I worked in construction and design for Washington Mutual Bank and Starbucks Coffee Company. My main focus was leading large renovation project teams. My time spent working at Starbucks and WaMu taught me that anything can be accomplished if you have the right team behind you.
I bring the Diva Team a tenacious perspective on how to find sweat equity in older homes, marketing savvy and a true enjoyment of working with my long time partner – Kim.
I think she is the best and the testament of her skill is seen by the multitude of happy clients who have supported her throughout the years and have even become some of our dear friends. Together we bring the experience, smarts and dynamism that makes us the most fabulous Diva Team in Seattle.
I am a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle. I began my career in 1993, and am celebrating my 21st year in this incredible industry! I believe that real estate is all about connection: your connection to the home, your connection to each other and your connection with me. When it’s right, you will feel it and we will both know it. My business thrives on balance, positive energy and fulfilled promises.
It has been amazing to witness the changes that have occurred in this business over the years, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to adapt my business practices to reflect those changes. The use of technology gives agents so many fun and effective tools to successfully elevate our businesses to new levels.
I have been fortunate enough to be asked to be a participant in the following events: 2011 ReBar Camp “Rookie Sessions-Video Blogging”; Coldwell Banker University 2011 National Podcast “Video Marketing”; Coldwell Banker King Thompson and West Shell “Top Agent Retreat” speaker; 2012 Generation Blue (Coldwell Banker International Business Conference) “Video All-Star Panel”. I am also a licensed instructor for continuing real estate education in Washington State.
I look forward to sharing and learning at this year’s Agent Reboot!

Brad Sage’s passion for Toronto Real Estate stretches back to his childhood as he grew up surrounded by the Toronto Real Estate industry. With a Broker/Owner as a Father and an Agent for a Brother it seems that Toronto real estate is in the Sage blood. Most kids babysit to earn spending money: Brad delivered Agent’s door hangers.
Brad is a Digital Marketer by trade having spent five plus years working on digital campaigns for a variety of different industries. The internet is changing the way homes are bought and sold in Toronto. Brad has created and executed industry leading digital marketing campaigns for both agents’ personal branding and their listings. He is committed to helping salespeople develop a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and social media so that they themselves can better meet the changing wants and needs of their clients. But that only scratches the surface of Brad’s function at Sage Real Estate.
Brad is also a productivity junkie and he is responsible for developing and implementing the infrastructure and systems that run Sage Real Estate and help to make Sage Agents more productive. If there is a faster, better, more efficient way to do something Brad will find it.
Virginia Munden is fuelled by passion. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Virginia has always lived and worked using the philosophy, ‘always do your best and do it with passion.’ Achieving the results you desire depends on more than what or whom you know; most importantly, it is how you will deliver the results and why you will make a difference.
Fear is a common key factor that can control your passions. You have the tools, the knowledge, the connections; you must eliminate the fear of the unknown and proceed with confidence. Allow your passions to evolve and create the life you were meant to live. Your value as a business professional will determine your success within the Real Estate Landscape.
Virginia Munden has achieved success selling Real Estate for over 20 years while working for some of the largest Real Estate brands. She continues to be the back end of a powerhouse Real Estate Team to keep herself involved in what is important to consumers and to understand the needs and wants of Real Estate Professionals. Delivering value is part of her vision to ensure your success.
Virginia’s unique brand has positioned her to create unique and bulletproof training, coaching and speaking modules at virginiamunden.com to serve Real Estate Professionals, Teams and the Industry in Canada, USA and International destinations. These programs have been tested, measured and have produced unimaginable results in a very short time; their immense value includes saving you time and money.
We designed this unparalleled program to enhance your leadership and agent values within the industry; use it to develop professional client relationships and to deliver the ultimate Real Estate Experience. Just one reward is loyalty to your personal brand.
Building a business based on systems and strategies is a huge component of being successful, but so is having a vision to succeed. When you have a business built on these two fundamentals, you will then be able to grow it to an entirely new level.
You are more than a Sales Person. You are an Entrepreneur. Think like a BUSINESS.

I’m Melanie (a.k.a Mel) and I’m the “EL” in BREL. I think our tag line kinda says it all: No BS, no fridge magnets, no broken promises.I pride myself on being straight with my clients (even if what I have to say isn’t what they want to hear).
In my life before real estate, I was the Director of Human Resources at one of Canada’s biggest advertising agencies, where negotiation, strategy and integrity were critical to my success. I use those skills everyday in real estate andthere’s nothing I love more than a good negotiation.
I’m the voice of this website and blog, and am obsessed with finding new ways of connecting Buyers and Sellers. I’m a marketing conference junkie and am proud of my geek cred.
While I’ve called Toronto home for nearly 20 years, I’m really just a small town girl (living in a lonely world?), discovering the best of Toronto every day. When I’m not working in real estate,
I’m sleeping, I can be found having a pint on a patio, cooking a gourmet meal, curled up with my Kindle (and my dogs) or packing my bags for a quick beach getaway.
When it comes to working with Buyers and Sellers, I work hard to be the agent my clients deserve.

I was once asked to describe myself in 12 words or less. After giving it some thought here is what I came up with: An expert Real Estate Broker and Passionate Entrepreneur. That sums it up with two words to spare!
An entrepreneur with a big heart and an open mind. Real Estate Broker, Community supporter, and dog lover. Living, loving, rocking Toronto’s Leslieville/Riverside community a fantastic enclave of South Riverdale. I sell real estate but more importantly, I manage a great group of Realtors at Spring Realty who are on their way to becoming some of the most fantastic registrants in Toronto!
As a passionate entrepreneur I love to see others thrive. In 2010 I helped start the Owners of East movement which has grown to a membership of 200 energetic entrepreneurs all bursting to get their own piece of the pie.
