Building meaningful business platforms that defy the status-quo has long been in John’s DNA. After completing his BA in International Business from George Washington University in 2005, John pursued a career in advertising sales. Noticing gaps in the model at that time, and seeing an opportunity to help smaller businesses strengthen their online presence and expand their customer base, led to the development of John’s first venture, Yodle. With a unique ability to deeply understand people’s best attributes and apply them to business, John was able to scale Yodle to over 1,400 employees and more than 50,000 small and medium sized business customers before being acquired in early 2016 by Web.com in a $342 million all cash transaction.
Fueled with the vision to build a product that would truly meet and serve consumers’ needs for valuable information, John co-founded and launched OJO Labs in 2015. OJO Labs has quickly become a leader in conversational AI technology through the combination of a powerful team working toward developing the best product possible, and the size of opportunity meeting the perfect set of resources and partnerships at the right time. John’s dedication to establishing a positive work environment has resulted in OJO Labs being recognized among the best places to work nationally by Inc. Magazine, Fortune Magazine, Built In and Comparably, and regionally by the Austin Chamber of Commerce and Austin Business Journal multiple years in a row. Recently, John was named to Swanepoel’s SP200 and The Most Powerful Technology Executives in The Residential Real Estate Brokerage Industry list.
Aside from leading a company that has raised $70 million in investment, grown to over 325 employees, and that serves hundreds of thousands of real estate agents and countless consumers nation-wide, John can be found at home in the midst of intense Nerf battles or in the pool with his three sons. John is actively involved in nonprofits, and currently serves as CASA’s board president, using his entrepreneurial background and resources to fight for the welfare of children in the communities he operates in.

Moriet Miketa has been on a METEORIC trajectory the entire 21 years of her professional life in Real Estate. It has taken her from being Rookie of The Year, her very first year, to consistently being a Top Producer for the companies she worked for. Today she is the Broker/Owner of Heritage Moultray Real Estate Services, an independent, boutique agency in her hometown of Yakima, Washington.
As an agent, her success has been the result of a relentlessly focused work ethic, her commitment to finding the right support team, and instilling FUN and joy into every situation. Her focus is to be different, be kind and do something unique, to draw in clients; in other words, create your brand. The national name companies thrive due to economy of scale- everything consistently the same, and Moriet knew she needed the freedom be herself, brand herself and feed her creativity to inspire results.
They say “be careful what you wish for”, for good reason. Ownership has presented an array of new challenges for Moriet, truthfully from the ground up. New tools, technology and encouraging agents to create their own business versus cookie cutter templates made for a massive amount of change in her company and change is hard. Ask Moriet to describe how she “moved the cheese” for her company- its very colorful.
But the numbers tell the tale. Through collaboration and some risk taking the company and its 22 agents are changing the bottom line in a positive direction. With an increase of 50% in production and the highest average production per agent in her local MLS>
Meanwhile, Moriet continues to be a very positive and active supporter of her community through her involvement with Yakima Rotary, and through work on the board of the Yakima Country Development Association ( twice board president). Her loves are Travel, History and her two bright and beautiful daughters (not in that order).

I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1997, and I honestly wouldn't live anywhere else. I grew up figure skating competitively at the Broadmoor World Arena, I am a proud Cheyenne Mountain High School alum, and an even prouder graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. My husband, Grant, and I met in Colorado Springs and chose this beautiful town to raise our family. We have a nearly 5 year old daughter, Brooke, a 3 year old son, Braeden, and a baby, Brynn- they are the loves of our lives. After spending seven years in the banking world, I made the transition to real estate. I had a strong desire to make a career change that would enable me to help other families, while having the ability to still be there for my family as well. I am extremely passionate about helping the military, as I have family members that serve, and I also know that without the military Colorado Springs wouldn't be half of the amazing city it is.
In 2016, I closed 98 transactions and ranked in the top 1.5% of all agents in Colorado Springs. I earned the RE/MAX Chairman's Club award and the Quantum Leap award. More importantly, I earned the trust and respect of 98 clients, many of whom have become close friends. In 2017, I, and my team, closed over 210 transactions. I earned RE/MAX's Hall of Fame award in 2017. In 2018, I, and my team, again closed over 200 transactions, and in 2019, we closed a record 224 transactions. We have earned the RE/MAX diamond award for the past three years, and I now rank in the top 0.5% of all agents in Colorado Springs. My clients become my friends, and I love becoming part of their lives and milestones!
