Spencer Rascoff

Spencer Rascoff is an entrepreneur and company leader who co-founded Zillow, Hotwire, dot.LA, Pacaso and Supernova and who served as Zillow's CEO for a decade. During Spencer’s time as CEO, Zillow won dozens of “best places to work” awards as it grew to over 4,500 employees, $3 billion in revenue, and $10 billion in market capitalization. Prior to Zillow, Spencer co-founded and was VP Corporate Development of Hotwire, which was sold to Expedia for $685 million in 2003. Through his startup studio and venture capital firm, 75 & Sunny, Spencer is an active angel investor in over 75 companies and incubating several more. He serves as executive chairman of dot.LA, a news site covering the Los Angeles tech scene. He is also co-founder and chairman of Pacaso, the real estate company pioneering a new way to own a second home. He is co-Chair of Supernova, a family of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, which take public great private companies. Supernova 1 is in the process of merging with Offerpad, a leading real estate company. Spencer is on the Board of Directors of Palantir, and is a former Board member of Zillow Group (Nasdaq: ZG), TripAdvisor (Nasdaq: TRIP), Zulily (Nasdaq: ZU), Julep, and several other tech companies. In fall 2019 Spencer was a Visiting Executive Professor at Harvard Business School where he co-created and co-taught the “Managing Tech Ventures” course. In 2015, Spencer co-wrote and published the New York Times’ Best Seller “Zillow Talk: Rewriting the Rules of Real Estate.” Spencer is the host of "Office Hours,” a podcast featuring candid conversations between prominent executives on leadership, diversity and inclusion, and startups. Before his consumer web career, Spencer worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and in private equity at TPG Capital. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Spencer graduated cum laude from Harvard University.

Tommy Choi

Tommy Choi co-founded the Weinberg Choi Residential team in 2007 with his business partner Josh Weinberg. They celebrated the opening of their own Keller Williams brokerage in January of 2017. The Weinberg Choi Residential team has sold over 1,000 properties, and over $500 million dollars in sales volume. They are consistently ranked in the top 10 real estate teams in Chicago, which puts them in the Top 1% of Chicago Association of Realtors' top producers. Tommy also served as the 135th president of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the first Korean-American president in the association's 135 year history. He also serves as an active member of the Illinois Realtors, and was the Chair of the National Association of Realtors’ YPN Advisory Board. Terrence has continually ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in the US for total volume and has personally closed 45 transactions that are $1Million+ deals in his 10 year career as producer. Vanessa Bergmark

Vanessa is an East Coast native, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York who has called the East Bay home for over two decades. After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Crime, Law and Justice, she headed West living first in San Francisco and Marin Counties before settling permanently in the city of Oakland.  She fell in love with real estate when she bought her first home, deciding to become an agent at a large real estate franchise and moving up to management soon after.

In 2007, when one of Red Oak’s owners called with an offer to run their intensely local company, she eagerly took the opportunity to run a personalized, independent and local brokerage, moving away from the franchise model. Their boys are men now- one just graduated from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!), and the other is a third year Engineering student at Cal Poly SLO (Go Mustangs!) They enjoy hanging out with friends, our kids (now men!), and our dog, a floppy-eared German Shepherd mutt named "Zack".

Stephanie Lanier

Stephanie Lanier is the leader of Lanier Property Group, an award-winning real estate team at Intracoastal Realty in Wilmington, North Carolina. Frank Nolan

Frank Nolan brings over 20 years of experience in his dual position as a top selling San Francisco agent and President of Vanguard Properties. Frank applies record breaking drive and diligence to his daily practice. His impressive record exceeds over $1.5 B in sales since 2000. Brad Kiger

In his Rookie year, 2017, Brad sold 22.8 million over 39 transactions as a single agent in a city that he and his wife moved to only one year prior. Brad Allen

Being raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I grew up very accustomed to the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. With my first job washing dishes at a local restaurant, I developed a very powerful work ethic and learned just how well effort and hard work can pay off, when combined with customer service.

I pursued my undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina, during which I fell in love with Columbia and decided to settle in and grow some roots. Upon graduating, I was determined to create my own path in life, no matter what that was. It was then, that I discovered just how well my talents in marketing and problem solving blended with the real estate industry.

After becoming a Realtor®, I quickly teamed up with my now partner, Mary Lane Sloan, to form The ART of Real Estate with the idea that one agent cannot be productive in real estate and give the level of service that the client deserves. Out of the formation of this idea, paired with hard work and ingenuity, we began to expand our team, keeping in mind that quality must equal quantity.

Through the development of this team, I became the Broker-in-Charge when Mary Lane and myself decided to take our team’s systems, values, beliefs and brand to create The ART of Real Estate brokerage. By building on our core values of being a client-centered team, we have an extensive core staff, that includes a Listing Coordinator, Closing Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator, Videographer, Photographer and a Lead Coordinator, that helps our six agents maintain the customer service our clients deserve while selling a high volume of homes (314 in 2015 for $72 million in volume).

Maybe it was my years of working in customer service combined with my drive to always learn and master innovation that has allowed me to stay one step ahead of the competition.
