My name is Quintavius Burdette but everyone calls me "Q" so please feel free to call me Q. I am born and raised in North MS where I specialize in Residential Real Estate. I attended The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where I played Football and ran Track for the Rebs. I also received my Master's in Accountancy while in school. After college, I worked for a Big Four Accounting Firm in Atlanta, KPMG. Within 5 months on the job, I realized sitting inside all day crunching numbers wasn't a place for a former D1 athlete. I moved back home to Mississippi and got my real estate license in August 2018. In my first year in the business, I managed to help over 120 buyers and sellers either find or sell a home. I was rookie of the year for the entire state of Mississippi during my first year. I believe in working harder for my clients and fighting for all of their desires and needs. I am very active in the community and well known in my market. I'm the agent that goes out and finds exactly what you are looking for even if it's not on market, THAT'S RIGHT, I LITERALLY GO OUT AND DOOR KNOCK NEIGHBORHOODS FOR MY BUYERS TO SEE IF ANY SELLERS ARE LOOKING TO SELL A HOME IN THE DESIRED AREA MY CLIENT WANTS TO BE IN.

After nearly two decades of success in the real estate industry, in 2017, Sven opened the doors of Andersen Group Realty in historic Winchester Center. He is thrilled to have grown his business into one of the highest producing real estate groups at Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest. As CEO and lead realtor, Sven has his hand in every aspect of his successful real estate team’s work.
Sven’s goal for Andersen Group Realty is to grow by consistently providing the level of service he demands himself as a consumer. He wants all his clients to become raving fans. Unless he earns 5-10 recommendations from every client he serves or assists, then he doesn’t feel he has worked to his greatest capacity. The most rewarding part of his job is when a client thanks Sven for his assistance before, during and after their transaction.
Raised in Westport and Cheshire, Connecticut, Sven is proud to call New England home. As a young man, he quickly developed a passion for homes by assisting his father with various housing projects. Sven went on to graduate from Bentley University with a degree in marketing and management. After college, he spent 10 years in the tech sector selling both IT and security technology services for international companies. This experience helped Sven create the consultative system and tools he and his team use to help clients today. Armed with a strong business background in marketing, a passion for technology and an understanding of homes and their construction, Sven has the knowledge to be creative in how he markets properties for his clients. Aside from his successful real estate practice, Sven enjoys spending time with his wife Christina and their daughters, Karissa, Brooke and Paige. Sven loves family adventures and is an avid tennis, golf, and ping pong player.

Guy Arnold left the corporate world after 16 years to pursue a career in real estate. After becoming a single father to twin sons, he wanted the flexibility to get them to school each day, and be there when needed. It was a natural fit as he earned “Rookie of the Year” at a large franchise brokerage. He has earned the ABR® and the GRI® designations in addition to being invited to be a member of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP). In 2018 he joined JP & Associates Realtors, and they have helped him take his business to the next level.
Mark is a property entrepreneur who has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to RateMyAgent, Mark built a reputation in the property industry giving clients advice that was in their best interest not his. The approach won him loyal clients and grew the iProperty Plan business. Realizing the lack of scalability in the business model Mark founded RateMyAgent in 2014. He saw the growing popularity of online reviews and recognized their potential for real estate, where reliable information about agents was hard to find for prospective sellers. He saw that good agents needed a platform to support and promote the work they do to get the best outcomes for their clients.
