Ashley Harwood is a fierce advocate for introvert entrepreneurs. She is passionate about empowering introverts to be as successful as they choose to be, while still enjoying their lives, every day. She is the creator of The Quiet Success Workshop, The Quiet Success Programs, and founder of The Quiet Success Retreat. Ashley teaches introvert entrepreneurs how their energy affects their bank account. She has taught hundreds of entrepreneurs throughout the country and loves showing business owners alternative ways to grow their businesses. When she is not spreading the Move Over Extroverts word around the world, she loves cooking, doing yoga, and swimming in the ocean.
Ashley grew up in Michigan, spent 9 years in Massachusetts, and now resides in Los Angeles. She graduated from Northern Michigan University summa cum laude, with a degree in English, then spent a few years in luxury retail management before getting into real estate in 2013. Since then, Ashley has built a thriving, 6-figure business as a solo real estate agent.
Through her own experience as an introverted Realtor, Ashley discovered that much of what worked for others in her office did not work for her. The year she realized she was actually an introvert, her business quadrupled over the previous year, and her life dramatically improved. This is what led her to found Move Over Extroverts in 2019, to shorten the learning curve for other entrepreneurs and help them do business in a way that doesn’t burn them out.

His story starts as a typical “entrepreneur”. He worked for a newspaper delivery route but instead of just working one route himself, he picked up 8 routes and handed them off to other kids to make a profit. As he got older he became an award winning realtor with no intention of doing anything other than selling real estate. A few years later he was contacted by a publishing company to write a book and after accepting reluctantly, the book was a hit. The awards continued to pile up and Jared started to get asked to speak at events for the first time in his life. It began locally and grew so quickly that he was speaking nationally and internationally before he knew it. Fast forward to the founding of Jared James Enterprises.

Through aggressive marketing, hard work and the help of two extremely understanding business partners, CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty has grown many times. Eddie has taken his role at handling the growth and the marketing of the business extremely seriously, creating unsurpassed online and offline marketing for our agents, incorporating cutting-edge technology at every turn, and always looking for more opportunities to grow. Therese approaches real estate not as the typical salesperson would, she views it more as a service and that is what has set her among the top Realtors in the Metro Detroit market. After spending almost a decade in the hospitality industry, she services her clients in a way that she would if serving them a 7 course meal at one of Detroit's top restaurants. A real estate experience is much like a restaurant dining experience in the fact that an agent is guiding their clients through an experience that they may not take part in everyday. She is the professional, she knows the ins and outs, she has set up the systems and procedures, and she acts as her client's "tour guide" through the whole process, from start to finish. Therese's education degree has also come in handy as she has trained over 30 agents in the past 4 years since her boutique brokerage Moving The Mitten Real Estate Group was established. She believes in training the agents the correct way, the first time. When people buy or sell real estate, they are usually dealing with one of their greatest financial investments. It is important to approach the purchase or sale of real estate in a systematic and calculated way as there is rarely room for error. Therese and her team work hard on daily basis to get top dollar for their sellers with the least amount of road-bumps along the way. Their innovative online marketing presence along with systematic procedures ensure a smooth sale for all parties involved. Therese and her team help over 400+ Metro Detroit families year after year sell and buy real estate. They treat every client like family and that's what keeps their past clients and their referrals coming back!
