Molly Bloom is an inspirational keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and bestselling author of Molly’s Game. She is best known for her memoir, Molly’s Game, which was adapted into an award-winning film of the same name by Aaron Sorkin. Bloom’s memoir chronicles her journey from college student to LA waitress to building and operating the largest and most notorious private poker game in the world. Her games featured hundreds of millions of dollars and players like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, A-Rod, and Ben Affleck.
Bloom began her career as a world-class skier. While training as a pre-teen she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and had to undergo surgery that the doctors said would end her athletic career. Manoush Zomorodi is co-founder of Stable Genius Productions, a media company with a mission to help people navigate personal and global change. Ryan Gorman was named President and Chief Executive Officer of NRT in 2018. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NRT’s company-owned brokerage operations doing business under the Coldwell Banker® brand.

Joseph Rand is one of the Managing Partners of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty and Rand Commercial Services, as well as the Managing Partner for our Hudson United home service companies: Hudson United Mortgage, Hudson Abstract Mortgage, and Hudson United Insurance Group. As an attorney, he also acts as General Counsel for all our real estate companies.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Georgetown University Law School, and with a masters degree from Stanford Law School, Mr. Rand came to the Rand family of companies after a career as an attorney and law professor. After law school, he clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and then joined the prestigious international law firm of Debevoise &Plimpton in the litigation department. Following a few years in private practice, he went on to a career in legal academia, getting a teaching fellowship at Stanford Law School and then joining the faculty at Brooklyn Law School and later Fordham Law School. He started with the Rand family of real estate companies in 2002.
As Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty's General Counsel, Mr. Rand represents the company, its employees, and its 800 agents. His responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining ethical standards, and representing the company and its agents in any legal disputes. Because of his educational background, Mr. Rand is also involved with Rand's extensive new agent and ongoing education and training programs. He has spoken at numerous national conventions on agent education and compliance issues.

Amy began her RE/MAX career in 2003 as a Sales Associate in Albuquerque, N.M., where she eventually led a top-producing sales team. Benjamin Morse is a visiting lecturer at UNLV’s Greenspun College of Urban Affairs in the Journalism & Media Studies program. He currently teaches classes in Public Relations and Podcasting, and has also led courses covering Social Media and Integrated Marketing.
After graduating Connecticut College in 2004 with an undergraduate degree in English, Morse moved to New York where he pursued a career in the comic book industry. Aside from his work in the field, David Kurz is also active in giving back to his community. He served as President for the Miami Chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) for 2 years, a national non-profit with focus on veteran homeownership and veteran financial literacy. As a veteran himself, he feels obligated to give back to his peers. With his wife Jennyffer, they launched the Kurz Kares Foundation. The Kurz Kares Foundation is a charity designed to slow gentrification by enhancing communities for working families.

Chris' passion is building software that connects people. He's held engineering and product roles at OkCupid Labs and Facebook respectively. Often contrarian, Chris loves to apply modern twists on an old techniques to create greater impact. Addressable's patented handwriting technology is a great example. The cards written by little robots hold actual blue ballpoint pens always get a reaction. Jason Pace joined Quicken Loans in 2004 as a Mortgage Banker, before being promoted to Director in 2006. In 2010, under his leadership, his banking team was the top revenue producing team in the company. The next year, Jason was promoted to Regional Vice President, and in 2013, he was recognized within Quicken Loans as the Most Valuable Regional Vice President.
As Regional Vice President, Jason oversaw refinance streamlining and client retention efforts before getting tapped to head the banking specialty group. In that role, Jason worked with banking business development partners to strengthen our Charles Schwab partnership, Mortgage Insiders, Relocation, and Spanish-speaking groups.

My question for the past three years had been a difficult one. How do I secure my place in the real estate business for years to come, especially with changing times? The answer was simple. Value.
My name is Joe Manjarrez (Jose Manjarrez). I came into the Real Estate industry in 2006, a year before the market crash. I had just been fired by a law firm that I was employed by for 10 years and had recently dropped out of law school. With no sense of direction, I had no idea what a good or bad market was. I honestly didn’t feel or know that our industry was in a downturn. My career in Real Estate didn’t take off until I joined Century 21 in 2011, closing no more than 5 deals a year prior to joining the brand. Since embracing the C21 system, I’ve achieved some of the highest Century 21 awards; from Centurion, Double Centurion to Grand Centurion and being featured in NAHREP’s Top 200 for the past four years. I’ve realized that achieving great things in our business is one thing but maintaining the level is another. Not just having to stay on top of the constant changes in our market, but with technology impacting our industry, with competition trying to undercut and minimize our value, with the consumer now questioning our worth more than ever, and so on.
In the last six months, I have taken every listing I’ve gone to, competing against low flat fee brokers and very well-known agents in our marketplace. Bringing value to the consumer has been the core and epitome of our business more than ever. Because of this, we have realized that a listing presentation is literally no more than 50% of the presentation. While our competitors are focused on having the perfect listing presentation, we’re focused on talking about what matters with the consumer and creating relationships, while bringing value, culture, transparency and one on one connection. The consumer of now has so much information and data at their figure tips, that the main question I ask myself every time is what can I bring to the table and provide the consumer that they cannot otherwise provide for themselves?
My only question now is, what can I install into my son, Anthony Manjarrez, to assure his legacy in our industry is also here to stay?

My name is Anthony Manjarrez. I am 19 and I’ve been in the business less than a year. I had no interests in going to college after high school. I had three jobs in the restaurant industry, in which I was fired from all three of them. I was asked by father and mother what I wanted to do after high school, what trade or career path was I thinking of taking. I simply decided to pursue the path that my father did. Real Estate. To be honest, my parents told me that I wasn’t meant for the real estate business. They told me I did not have the charisma, the personality nor the skin to deal with the rejection that comes with the industry. Like anything, it took a bit to find myself in this business. After realizing that this was it, I committed myself 100%. I’ve obtained 7 listings this year and all through practicing the basics... prospecting via telephone.
I wake up at 5:00am to be at the office by 7:30am. My goal is to hit 60 contacts per day by 12:30pm. I’ve incorporated door knocking to my schedule from 5pm to 7pm. I host one to two open houses during the weekend. I know I have a lot yet to learn and achieve but I have nothing else to fall back on. Forward is the only way. Standing by my father Joe Manjarrez and witnessing how he has maneuvered himself in this business is the best learning experience I could ever ask for.

Matt is the Vice President of Portals at FBS, Inc. He is a third generation entrepreneur from Huntsville, AL. Until being acquired by FBS in 2018, Matt was the CEO of Solid Earth, Inc, a software company he co-founded in 1998 to build multiple listings service software. FBS purchased Solid Earth and it’s popular Spring Portal product, now available through FBS anywhere there is Spark. Matt is now Product Owner for that project and is part of the senior leadership team at FBS.
Matt is also an active real estate investor and developer and recently opened Old Town Beer Exchange, voted the most popular craft beer bar in Alabama by CraftBeer.com. The project is a partnership with some friends and Matt’s brother Bill Fowler, Industry Relations with Compass.

Shane Latta was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Mesa, AZ in 1980. He has been selling specialty automotive, motorcycle, and accessory products for almost 37 years. She then transitioned into Real Estate, following in her mother's footsteps working for Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC. Her passion for the business started at an early age as she was exposed to many breathtaking properties and frequently attended client meetings. She strives to continue her mother's tradition taking on the New York Real Estate market.
Greg Robertson is the co-founder of W&R Studios.
