Sinek has also had the honor of sharing his ideas at the United Nations, the United States Congress and with the senior leadership of the United States Air Force, United States Marine Corps, and United States Army.

In 1999, Inman founded HomeGain.com, an early provider of online marketing programs that connect agents with homebuyers and sellers. HomeGain was sold to Classified Ventures, LLC, in 2005. Sydney is passionate about all things pre-war and related to New York City.  In her mind, this is the center of the universe and all the participants, whether in a studio or a mansion, deserve the highest caliber of broker.

Winston Welborn

As Chief Design Officer at Hawai’i Life, Winston’s primary focus is the creative, design and implementation of marketing and communication systems. In this capacity, he interacts with Hawai’i Life agents and guides the company’s in-house “Create” team. His work spans a variety of design disciplines, including print, brand development, UI / UX, copywriting, workspace / office design and digital media. Ask Winston, and he’ll tell you that his role is one of the best assignments in the company.

Winston applies “design thinking” to many facets of Hawai’i Life’s practice. Design is frequently lacking the real estate industry, and the company’s commitment to making things simpler, easier and more beautiful has proven to be both challenging and rewarding.

Winston’s work history has been varied; boat captain, shiatsu therapist, dishwasher, firefighter and EMT. Prior to his current role Winston ran a successful design shop on Kauai called Wasabi, which provided a springboard to launch the Hawai’i Life project.

Welborn has lived on Kauai since 1978 and currently resides in the busy, beautiful town of Hanalei. He attended Island School, graduated from Kapaa High and went to college at St. Mary’s and Clemson (although he never completed or attained a degree). Winston has always enjoyed writing so he studied English Literature in college. All of his design skills are self taught or, perhaps, genetic.

On the personal side, Winston is a proud father and husband of 22 years. For fun he enjoys cycling, kiteboarding, hiking, paddling, fishing, photography and walking with his best friends, Mochi and Nui.

Welborn says his “strongest skills are listening, observing and simplification.”

Kristin McFeely

I’m Kristin McFeely, road tripper, old music lover, architecture junkie, vintage treasure hunter and promoter of all things Philly real estate. I’ve spent the last decade meeting amazing people, digging up all the dirt on Philly and collaborating and leading the best and smartest creative team in real estate. The result is The Philly Home Girls.

Originally from Downingtown, PA with summers spent on the beaches in Ocean City, Maryland, I currently reside in West Mount Airy. I live in a big, old lifetime-rehab-project of a house with my handy artist husband, two lovable cats, a dozen motorcycles, two classic cars and countless dead houseplants. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1998 from The University of the Arts and discovered my addiction to travel and love of architecture during an independent study in Art History and Printmaking in Europe. I later completed a certificate in Interior Design at Moore College of Art and became a hoarder of mid-century furniture and architectural design magazines. My fine art background led to a short-lived career in advertising and graphic design and my interest in building construction, architecture and interior design eventually progressed to my second love: purchasing and rehabbing my own homes and investment properties.

A licensed Realtor since 2005, I am a member of the National Association, Pennsylvania Association and The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, am a leader in the Coldwell Banker Preferred Mentor Program and have been welcomed into Coldwell Banker Preferred’s Diamond Society, International Sterling Society, and International President’s Circle. I sit on the West Mt. Airy Zoning Committee Board and am a Big Sister to the most amazing not-so-little-anymore girl through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. When I’m not selling real estate and promoting the City of Brotherly Love, I can be found at my little cabin on the lake in the Poconos or traveling the roads of America in a big white van looking for antiques and treasures and visiting craft breweries along the way.

I don’t sell houses; I sell homes, and my business is based on relationships, not transactions.

Gary Malin

Gary L. Malin, Citi Habitats’ President, is the principal figure in the day-to-day operations, strategic planning and overall vision for Citi Habitats. Malin shapes the company’s brand through his hands-on involvement with marketing and public relations initiatives; builds and maintains alliances with key real estate entities and professionals; and directs Citi Habitats’ affiliates. In all of these functions, Malin’s primary objective is to ensure that Citi Habitats remains-as it has throughout its existence-the industry leader in forward-thinking, customer service centered real estate firms.

Malin’s vision for Citi Habitats was for the firm to be a boldly different kind of real estate company, one characterized by its full-service approach to client relationships. By providing a well-rounded package of services, Citi Habitats is redefining what it means to be a real estate company in New York City. Since it opened in 1994, Citi Habitats has grown from two real estate agents to more than 800 licensed professionals and staff.

In addition to being a primary force in executing Citi Habitats’ philosophy of real estate as a customer service business, Malin also built the company’s corporate relocation division, Citi Relocation, from the ground up. Citi Relocation currently serves more than 100 international and domestic corporations-from Fortune 500 companies and major financial firms to other top relocation companies. Malin oversees Citi Habitats’ new development marketing division which represents more diverse on-site leasing and sales offices in Manhattan and beyond. Malin also created Citi Habitats Landlord Services Division, which provides landlords with the benefit of working with a staff of highly skilled professionals to ensure that their buildings are operating with the lowest possible vacancy rate and yielding the highest returns. Through Citi Outreach, Malin consistently supports a number of charities, as he and his staff are dedicated to giving back to the community.

In addition to its affiliates, Citi Habitats maintains the city’s largest database of more than 8,000 listings in over 4,000 buildings, many of which are exclusives. Recognized as the industry’s rental leader, the company’s sales volume has increased eight fold in the past four years. This sales growth has positioned Citi Habitats as one of the top 10 sales brokerages in Manhattan. This ranking is due in part to the company’s ever-expanding services and dedication to providing its agents and brokers with proven sales training programs. An in-house, state-of-the-art training facility reinforces the company’s steadfast commitment to providing the latest advancements in education and technology to its agents and brokers.

Originally from Great Neck, NY, Malin earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and then attained his law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. Over the next several years, he worked for two law firms that specialized in real estate, trust and estate law, tax and corporate law, and ultimately oversaw the Citi Habitats account. As a natural progression, he joined Citi Habitats in 1998. Malin, a licensed attorney, is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Under Malin’s direction, Citi Habitats continues to set the standard for residential real estate companies in New York City.

Alyssa Hellman

I'm not a lifelong local. I moved to Raleigh on a leap of faith and I haven't found one reason to go. Instead, I've found a million reasons to stay. I love it here.

I believe great careers are built through hustle, grit, and discipline. My goal is simple: to help you build a wildly successful business, unlock your passion, and live the life you were meant to live. Nothing less.

I got into real estate with a dream of helping people, and I have made it my life's work to do so. First with home buyers and sellers, next with agents and brokerages, and now with companies from a variety of industries. As an agent, I found the right mix of talent, luck, and a whole lot of hustle to establish an incredibly successful sales career, yet I discovered my real passion when I began to share my success with others to help them thrive.

I've never bought into the idea that success and happiness were mutually exclusive, so as your ally, I won't treat them as such. I wholeheartedly believe that I'm in this world not only to better myself and live up to my full potential, but to help others realize theirs so that they can do so too. I genuinely care about your success, a trademark of my training and coaching programs that allows me to gain most of my business by referral. This is something that I'm extremely thankful for, but also proud of. I make it my mission to not just deliver on my promises, but to give you an experience worthy of telling your friends about.

James Rembert, founder of Digital Natives Inc., is a talented designer and trained marketing strategist who began his journey as a licensed Realtor in New Jersey. His natural transition to marketing and advertising was birthed out of the misleading and confusing information offered to the real estate industry. While setting out to solve the puzzle of lead generation for his own business, James was able to change the landscape of the real estate marketing industry by not only making lead generation easier to understand, but also making it accessible.

He’s since built a thriving boutique advertising agency in Philadelphia that exclusively services the real estate industry with accounts nationwide. His marketing team now manages over 50+ real estate teams and brokerage Facebook accounts all across the country.

Aligning with his core belief to help others achieve their goals, he created the wildly successful online coaching course HyperLocal Domination®. Heather Elias

I've spent the last 13 years immersed in the real estate industry. I learned real estate from the ground up as a sellers' and buyers' agent while blogging about Loudoun County and the industry at large, and teaching/speaking/training both locally and nationally. In my next role, I worked as an association director to help NAR hone their social and digital strategy, coordinating messaging for the largest trade association in the country.
After feeling a pull back to my brokerage roots, I carried the branding charge for Century 21 Redwood Realty, helping bring their compelling story to the real estate community. We opened new offices, hired talented agents, and overhauled the marketing structure to make it even more top of the line for Redwood agents.
This year I've joined an exciting startup as their CMO. Trust Stamp, an NAR Reach company, is a facial biometrics identity authentication provider with applications in numerous verticals, including finance, banking, and real estate. In November 2017 we announced our safety tool would be free for all Realtors. We also launched TrustedMail, an email encryption tool that uses facial biometrics to prevent wire fraud in real estate.
