Nicole is the Team Leader for one of the highest producing teams at Intero in Houston. Although their team is new, it has amassed tremendous growth over 2017. As Chief Design Officer at Hawai’i Life, Winston’s primary focus is the creative, design and implementation of marketing and communication systems. His work spans a variety of design disciplines, including print, brand development, UI / UX, copywriting, workspace / office design and digital media. Welborn has lived on Kauai since 1978 and currently resides in the busy, beautiful town of Hanalei. He attended Island School, graduated from Kapaa High and went to college at St. Mary’s and Clemson (although he never completed or attained a degree). Winston has always enjoyed writing so he studied English Literature in college. All of his design skills are self taught or, perhaps, genetic.
On the personal side, Winston is a proud father and husband of 22 years. For fun he enjoys cycling, kiteboarding, hiking, paddling, fishing, photography and walking with his best friends, Mochi and Nui.

During her tenure at UtahRealEstate.com MLS (URE), Rebecca led the effort to develop, and successfully deploy a new in-house MLS platform, including an integrated public facing website and mobile apps. URE grew to provide service for over 90% of Utah's Realtors due to the MLS consolidation efforts she led.
Rebecca also diversified the MLS's offering by expanding services to property managers. This enabled her to create the Property Pond Rentals Platform, which included a consumer facing website for rental properties and mobile apps.
Rebecca was elected to the Board of The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) in the fall of 2010. She became the Board Chair in January 2011 where she served in that capacity until 2015. During her time as Chair, she was able to develop and implement a sustainable long-term strategic plan, which included restructuring the entity to gain more support from the industry. This resulted in RESO successfully creating the first real estate data dictionary, web API standard, and compliance programs. Tom Simmons has resided in Omaha, Nebraska since August of 1989. After attending and graduating from Creighton University Tom began a career in the Food and Beverage Industry owning and operating 6 different food and beverage operations throughout the midwest. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2016, Matt was a general partner at Flybridge Capital Partners where he focused on early-stage investing (2008 – 2016), Before that, he served in product roles at ATI Technologies (2003 –2006) and as a co-founder of the computer hardware review site Anandtech.com (1999 – 2003).

Daniela is a Co-Founder of CRATER and a Corporate relocation and transportation expert. She spent 9 years relocating corporate and government employees and 2 years working at a van line specializing in executive household goods move. She was an onsite surveyor in the Bay Area for a short time before she realized the efficiencies that would occur if this interaction took place virtually. Now as a moving industry technologist, Daniela holds a board seat at the Bay Area Mobility Management group in San Francisco and has secured corporate contracts with major Relocation Companies and most recently secured an agreement with Facebook to conduct all of their move surveys through CRATER.

Three thousand miles later, she found her passion for financial education when she started working for Laird Norton Tyee in Seattle (now Laird Norton Wealth Management) as a Client Service Associate. In addition to assisting high-net worth families with their financial planning needs, Carleton also developed a financial literacy curriculum for Laird Norton clients that was also used in Seattle public schools.

Cynthia McMurry leads international partnerships at Nova Credit, the world’s cross-border consumer reporting agency. Nova has built a global infrastructure of credit bureau data which it delivers to lenders and landlords so that they can finally acquire and serve immigrant customers. Nova’s mission is to “enable immigrants to access capital to realize their potential.” Cynthia works on expanding Nova's global footprint by partnering with credit bureaus in new markets to continually grow the number of immigrants Nova serves. Nova has emerged as one of the most promising financial technology companies from Silicon Valley in the last few years.
Cynthia's background is in microfinance and international development, including several years of field work with microfinance institutions in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador early in her career. Prior to joining Nova, Cynthia spent seven years at the microfinance lending platform Kiva, where she led their work in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has also served as a consultant with BCG and Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and currently sits on the board of directors of Health Horizons International, a community health nonprofit in the Dominican Republic.
