Glenn Sanford

Glenn had important roles at Internet start-ups before launching a real estate career in 2002. In his fourth year in real estate with a major national franchisor, his team closed more than $60 million in real estate by connecting with consumers online, and Glenn was a significant contributor to the franchisor’s internet lead generation program.

Glenn believed that agents and brokers do the heavy lifting in real estate and deserve benefits of being a shareholder in their company and income based on the level of their contribution. In early 2007, Glenn launched BuyerTours Realty, LLC, a combination of web and traditional bricks-and-mortar offices. During the economic downturn in 2008, Glenn had an idea for how to save overhead costs associated with owning a brick-and-mortar brokerage and give agents the opportunity to be shareholders in their company. In October 2009, eXp Realty, LLC launched as the first cloud-based, national real estate brokerage. eXp Realty’s virtual office environment compared to the traditional real estate office allows agents to collaborate and learn together, no matter where they might be located.

In 2013, Glenn took eXp Realty’s holding company, eXp World Holdings, public and in May 2018 moved the company’s listing to the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (NASDAQ: EXPI).

Therese Antonelli

Therese approaches real estate not as the typical salesperson would, she views it more as a service and that is what has set her among the top Realtors in the Metro Detroit market. After spending almost a decade in the hospitality industry, she services her clients in a way that she would if serving them a 7 course meal at one of Detroit's top restaurants. A real estate experience is much like a restaurant dining experience in the fact that an agent is guiding their clients through an experience that they may not take part in everyday. She is the professional, she knows the ins and outs, she has set up the systems and procedures, and she acts as her client's "tour guide" through the whole process, from start to finish. Therese's education degree has also come in handy as she has trained over 30 agents in the past 4 years since her boutique brokerage Moving The Mitten Real Estate Group was established. She believes in training the agents the correct way, the first time. When people buy or sell real estate, they are usually dealing with one of their greatest financial investments. It is important to approach the purchase or sale of real estate in a systematic and calculated way as there is rarely room for error. Therese and her team work hard on daily basis to get top dollar for their sellers with the least amount of road-bumps along the way. Their innovative online marketing presence along with systematic procedures ensure a smooth sale for all parties involved. Therese and her team help over 400+ Metro Detroit families year after year sell and buy real estate. They treat every client like family and that's what keeps their past clients and their referrals coming back!

In fact, he has signed content deals with many of the world’s leading content platforms and producers, including: A&E, AMC, BBC, Bravo, CBS, Discovery, Endemol Shine, Entertainment One, Food Network, FOX, France 2, Fremantle, Hasbro, Hearst, HGTV, IAC, Lifetime, MTV, National Geographic, Paramount Network, ProSieben, RTL, Scripps, Sinclair, Sundance, TLC, TV Asahi, USA, Walmart, Yahoo, Yoshimoto and Zodiak.

Creators of some of the past decade’s most popular shows, Keller/Noll has rapidly become one of the industry’s most prolific and successful independent production companies.  Fueling Dave and Cleve’s success is their collective deep understanding of which kinds of programming today’s television viewers find most appealing, and a clear vision of what types of content programmers across multiple platforms are looking to air or stream.

Dave is probably best-known as the creator and executive producer of Chopped, one of the most successful television franchises in history, having spawned Chopped Junior, Chopped Champions, and Chopped Canada across 600+ episodes and counting.  In 2012, Dave was honored with the James Beard Award for Best Television Series for Chopped, which has four Critics Choice Award nominations in the Best Reality Competition Series category, and was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame.

In all, the New York-headquartered Keller/Noll has ideated, created and produced more than 2,100 episodes of programming since its launch, with more than 350 episodes airing globally in 2018 alone.  This includes the September 2018 national syndication premiere of Vivica A. Fox-hosted Face the Truth, created by Keller/Noll, which is producing it in conjunction with CBS Television and Dr. Phil McGraw and Jay McGraw’s Stage 29 Productions. The precedent-setting relationship conflict resolution daytime series received an unprecedented initial first season order of 170 episodes.  Earlier in 2018, the premiere of the duos’ hit GSN series America Says (hosted by actor John Michael Higgins) was quickly followed by a second season renewal for an additional 95 episodes.

Keller/Noll is also the creator of Movies 101 (AMC), No Kitchen Required (BBC), Rocco’s Dinner Party (Bravo), Dinner Takes All! (BYU), Is Your House Out To Get You? Carolyn Zweben

Carolyn Zweben has an eye for real estate and is a master negotiator. A native New Yorker with a background in fine art, Carolyn found her calling when she began her career in real estate more than 16 years ago. Today, along with her husband and business partner, Paul Zweben, she leads an award-winning team of 12 agents. Under her direction, The Zweben Team has consistently ranked among the top brokers in NYC and the nation.

Carolyn loves New York City. She grew up in Astoria, Queens and loves going back to her old neighborhood to satisfy her craving for Sicilian pizza from Rose & Joe’s Italian Bakery and Spumoni ices from La Guli’s Pastry Shop. She attended Fordham University and graduated with honors with a degree in Art History and International Relations.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ms. Zweben worked for a decade as an art consultant and appraiser for The Guggenheim Museum, The Michael Ingbar Gallery and at eppraisals.com.

Carolyn’s experience in the art field helped her develop a keen sense of aesthetics, space, and design. Those skills that have been essential to her success in real estate. She has a deep understanding of how closely linked design and presentation are to a successful transaction. Her professionally staged listings, from fresh cut flowers to champagne, create an environment where potential buyers can envision their ideal home and lifestyle.

Vanessa Bergmark

Vanessa is a negotiation specialist. In fact, she is certified in conflict resolution, which tends to come in handy in real estate transactions these days! She holds a California real estate license and a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

She fell in love with real estate when she bought her first house and decided to become an agent at a large real estate firm here in the East Bay. She became hooked on the fact that each new client, and each new property, presented a different experience.

Vanessa soon moved up the ranks to management, successfully running an office of agents and gaining connections within a corporate structure based far, far away from the East Bay.

She didn’t get hooked on that.

So in 2007, when one of Red Oak’s owners called with an offer to run their intensely local company, she was in. She and her business partner took an ownership stake in the business and the rest, really, is about what got her hooked on real estate in the first place: properties and people in the East Bay.

Vanessa resides in Oakland’s Upper Rockridge neighborhood with her husband and two young children.

Anthony Askowitz

As the owner, president, and managing broker of RE/MAX Advance Realty (RMA), Anthony Askowitz directs the activities of approximately 170 real estate agents in the company's Kendall and South Miami offices. Under his leadership, RMA agents consistently outsell their competitors from the leading (and larger) Miami offices, often by wide margins. RMA is regularly included in The Real Deal South Florida’s annual ranking of the Top 10 Residential Brokerages in Miami-Dade County.

Askowitz attributes this extraordinary efficiency to the company's policy of recruiting and retaining seasoned top producers, as well as its focus on professional development/education, and teamwork. (He also credits the RE/MAX global brand and an outstanding professional staff.)

Askowitz was honored as the “Managing Broker of the Year” by Miami Agent Magazine’s 2018 Agents’ Choice Awards, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce recognized him as the top Residential Real Estate Broker at its 2017 R.E.A.L. (Real Estate Achievers and Leaders) Awards. His success has generated frequent speaking invitations to RE/MAX network events around the nation, where Askowitz shares his knowledge and techniques.

But management success is only one area in which Askowitz distinguishes himself from his fellow Miami brokers. The Miami native is also an active and productive agent, consistently selling more than 100 homes each year and maintaining his membership in RE/MAX's "Diamond Club" (associates whose paid annual commissions total more than $1 million.)

Askowitz's position as a "non-competing selling broker" gives him a genuine understanding of the lives and challenges of working agents, and of the front lines of Miami's dynamic real estate market. Among Miami's leading offices, Askowitz is the only broker who is also an active sales associate.

Askowitz is a regular contributor to Inman News, where his monthly “Agent/Broker Perspective” column tackles both sides of hypothetical real estate situations, highlighting his expertise as both a working agent and managing broker.

Michael has worked for some of the top agencies in Los Angeles, including Jon Douglas Company, Prudential California Realty, the John Aaroe Group, and Chartwell Escrow prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty.

Michael’s experience and innate ability to connect with his clients led him to become a top producer year after year. His natural leadership skills lended themselves well to roles he held such as Manager, Regional Manager, Executive Vice President, and President throughout his career. After several highly successful years at the John Aaroe Group, which later became Pacific Union, he was recruited by Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 to become Senior Vice President of the Pasadena office. Shortly thereafter, Michael was promoted to Regional Manager for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Michael’s vast understanding of the real estate industry allows him to effectively train and coach agents to anticipate changes in the market as well as how to best serve their clients. He’s eager to bring decades worth of experience to his role at Sotheby’s International Realty. When he’s not working, you can find him bowling with his team of twenty years, on the tennis court, or vacationing in Maui.

Cece Blase

When I was little, I dreamed of living in a good home. It didn’t need to be large. A peaked roof cottage would do, with a front yard and maybe a dog on a tree-lined street in the kind of town where neighbors would drop by for a visit and you knew the postman by name.

I started selling real estate in the Haight Ashbury in 1986 and bought my first piece of real estate two years later: a Marina Style set of flats in San Francisco’s NOPA District. It was nothing like what my younger self had in mind, but it was all mine, and I could paint the walls any color I wanted, finally get a cat and never worry again about my landlord kicking me out.

Because I believe a good agent should invest in their product, I converted my little building into three condos and trading each one into a new real estate adventure.  Residential income properties remain a specialty for me and I love talking about how they can be leveraged into sound financial investments.

30 years and hundreds of deals later, my smart, funny clients are comfortably ensconced in homes that reflect their best selves. Amy Cesario

I love my clients and I love people more than houses. My goal for each of you, all my clients, is to help you achieve your goals and fulfill your dreams. A home is an investment in your lifestyle and what lies ahead for you…an investment in your present and your future.

I am as Denver as it gets…I am all but born here. I was raised in the city and selling real estate here for almost 20 years…Denver is my home. I am a city person at my very core. I live in the Washington Park neighborhood, ride my scooter daily (well...a lot) but only in good weather, people-watch on patios, and love to explore the newest parts of our evolving city. When I was a teenager, I wanted to go live in a Big City, in the way that meant at the time. Today, I recognize that my home, my Denver, has the best of the big city life without being the Big City.

My personal passion blossomed alongside my professional path. In the decade of helping relocate Denver Nuggets’ players, coaches and their families to Denver, I learned to understand their needs and goals. We worked hand-in-hand to make this their home, however long their contract.

Today my livelihood is Denver’s urban core, and I’ve played an active part in its development in the last couple of decades. While serving on the Denver Metro Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors for three years and as Vice Chair of their Government Affairs Committee, I had a hand in many zoning changes in the early 2000s. This helped shape my goals for the city and provide me with a foundation for understanding others’ visions for their neighborhoods. As the city evolves, I keep an eye on neighborhoods, blocks, and districts, seeking to understand the best possible environment for my clients today and beyond.

Real estate decisions are all lifestyle decisions. Empty-nesters are fun partners for me. I am here to help you plan your next phase, be it a second home, a relocation to a new part of town, or a move to a more maintenance-free home that makes travel easier and safer.

Recently a client called me “The Organic Broker.” I accept that. I believe things happen naturally. The more you push, the more you get pushed back. Once you open your mind, know what you want, and stop worrying about the “how”…then what you want begins to fall into place. This is where I step in – to help you grab that opportunity and run with it. I am your coach throughout the process – helping you stay focused, remember your goals, discover your priorities, then make it happen.

No matter your background, no matter your story, I listen to what you say and don’t say. Then I combine that with my knowledge, creativity and marketing experience so you can achieve your goals.

BloomTree Realty’s success can be partly attributed to its fostering of a hyper-collaborative culture. Everything the company does is driven by a foundation of core values that their agents and staff have bought into. Although with an emphasis on technology, success would still not be possible without a culture that supports the belief that great agents need solid business systems, ongoing in-house training, regular business planning, and a strong community environment within their office in order for them individually to achieve their best in the real estate business.  Better Homes and Gardens BloomTree Realty has proven that these tools lead to highly productive agents, and satisfied clients. They are rated at 4.9 stars on Real Satisfied with 2000 client reviews!

Paul’s focus is on growth of the company by Expansion into new areas and recruiting and retention of agents. He has been an integral part of the company’s success, and is proud to say that over 30% of the agents he has help nurture have more than doubled their business in the last 2 years. He enjoys working with both veterans and new agents to help guide and coach them for success and assist them in realizing their potential. When asked what the secret to their agent’s success is, he’s often heard saying that “It’s not just one thing, it’s everything.  You have to take advantage of all that you have access to: your personal strengths, technology, and training, while at the same time collaborating with other agents to help them achieve their goals”. This success is evidenced by above industry averages in year over year growth in production by it’s agents, including many of the company’s top producers.

With a one-of-a-kind compensation system that rewards agents for their collaboration and for recruiting of other agents, Better Homes and Gardens BloomTree Realty has quadrupled its sales volume over the last 5 years, to become #1 in its primary market, with a dominate 15% market share. In the process, it has eclipsed many larger national brokerages including fee-only shops.

Paul says, “the old adage of the rising tide lifts all boats, is so true and prevalent at Better Homes and Gardens BloomTree Realty”.
