agent in the United States by Real Trends/Wall Street Journal, and is quoted throughout the

For Tami, however, success and recognition are only part of the picture. Of equal personal and professional importance to Tami is her mission to give back to the community. It’s a goal that has always been part of her life: After receiving her undergraduate degree from Boston
University and her MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Tami helped create over 500
critically needed affordable housing units. She then founded the business to best help people
realize their dreams and neighborhoods thrive, creating Pardee Properties in 2005.

Today Pardee Properties is a true powerhouse on the Los Angeles real estate market. With over 55 employees and offices in Santa Monica, Mar Vista/Culver City and Venice, Pardee Properties is not only able to offer the absolute best opportunities and results to clients, but they are also able to share that success with others through their firm’s Life-Changer program.

“Daily, on the streets around us, we see this commitment transforming lives,” says Tami, who
has lived in West L.A. for over 20 years and now raises her four children with her husband in the community. “Everything from elevating a homeless individual by providing crucial services, to supporting constructive recreational spaces for youth. From assisting needy schools to
protecting Santa Monica Bay. Life-Changer is our passion for opening doors and lifting hearts,
one life at a time.”

The program directs 10% net proceeds of each sale to local charities. To date, Life-Changer has donated over $770,000, primarily in Westside neighborhoods.

“For many people, purchasing or selling their home is the most important decision of their life –both monetarily and personally,” she says. “That’s why we strive – on a very fundamental level
– to put our hearts into homes.”
