Another showstopper was the highly publicized “Wallpaper House” as highlighted in Architectural Digest and The Robert Conrad Estate in Malibu in which she represented both parties. This jewel box sits on ¾ of an acre in this prime location and restored by Beverly Hills’s own renowned architect, Tim Campbell. On her plate right now? Hard to say as Rochelle sells her luxury properties in record time. But no doubt, LA’s Queen of Luxury & Innovation has a few upcoming projects that will dominate the news cycle once again.
